We believe in our product so much that we guarantee if there is an issue with the hair you purchased in 15 days we will exchange it out for you NO CHARGE!
You will receive and email from our online store. You can also view all orders within your “My Account” page.
We will only consider returns on hair extension products if the bundle is unused and remains untied.
- Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
● Returns over 14 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
● Merchandise must be received before a return can be granted.
● Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer’s expense.
You must call as soon as possible. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All Abagail Hair items must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued.
